Contact

 When a visitor makes contact or sends a message, we collect personal data to make it possible to reply to your question. We keep this data unlimited in time but we do not use this data for marketing purposes.

Cookies

 When making contact and asking a question, you can indicate whether we can store your name, your e-mail address and website in a cookie. We do this for your convenience so that you do not need to re-enter this information for a new response. These cookies are valid for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we store a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is discarded as soon as you close your browser.

Once you log in, we will save some cookies in connection with your login information and screen display options. Login cookies are valid for 2 days and cookies for screen display options 1 year. With whom we share your data

We share your data with other service providers who provide specific services for us outside of the above providers.

Siteground GDPR : Our hosting provider can collect information to guarantee the efficacy and security of the website. Personal data is not included.

WordFence : Security provider that actively scanned for potentially harmful bots / visitors and secured the website installation against malicious attacks.

Dropbox : We store backups of the website for 90 days on our dropbox servers. After 90 days they are automatically removed.

Amazon : We store backups of the website for 90 days on our Amazon servers. After 90 days they are automatically removed.

ManageWP : Plugin that we use to manage the website and keep it up to date from a central hub.

Gravatar :  Provide an image that appears next to subscriber’s posts, blogs etc. An anonymous string, created on the basis of your e-mail address (this is also called a hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it.

 How long we save your data

When you ask a question the associated metadata is kept forever. In this way we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up reactions instead of moderating them.

For users who registered on our website (if applicable), we also store personal information in their user profile. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (the username can not be changed). Website administrators can also view and change this information.

We keep backups of the website 90 days after which they are removed and all data is destroyed.

Where we send your data to

When a visitor makes contact or sends a message their comments can be guided through an automated spam detection service. This information will be stored for later reference on our web server. Available on request via our personal data request form. From the data on our web server, backups are placed on Amazon servers in the EU and on Dropbox servers in the US. After 90 days, these backups and all data are automatically destroyed.

What rights you have about your data

If you have an account on this site or you have asked a question, you can request an export file of your personal data that we have from you, including all data that you have provided us. You may also request that we remove any personal data that we have from you. This does not contain any data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Media

If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images with EXIF ​​GPS location data. Visitors to the website can download the images from the website and view the location data.
